Hatha Flow – Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm
A moderately active class to strengthen and stretch the body while also focusing on the breath and mental stillness. Lots of room for newer practitioners to explore the poses and advanced practitioners to go deeper. Beginners welcome! If you are new to yoga, feel free to come out and explore! I tailor the class to whoever shows up, so this is a very dynamic and fun class. 🙂
